I inspired by the vibrant attraction and creativity involved, the theme for the fourth season was “Metanoia ”. It is a Greek word, meaning a change in one’s way of life afterthought. With various speakers from different ages and backgrounds, it was a spectacular season.

1. BADUGULA SUMATHI
“Challenges turn into milestones when faced with grit and conviction”
The Deputy Inspector General of Police shared the story of her life. She reminisced about her family’s concerns and society’s words about her being a woman in the police community. She highlighted the significance of developing leadership skills and also spoke about her passion to liberate women and bring equality between men and women in any capacity.
2. HARMANN KAUR
“Become the person you want to meet.”
One of the most demanded fashion stylists in the country, she talked about the multiple adventures she’s been on and her journey to find her calling as a stylist. She believes that success will come if we are passionate. She introduced us to the power of networking and the importance of standing up for ourselves.
3. SIMRAN CHOUDHARY
“A multi-talented individual dancing to her rhythm and singing to her beat.”
The actress spoke about how she got into the film industry and her reasons for taking up acting as a career. She shared about the hardships she had gone through in the industry and still holding onto her roots.
4. S. NARAYANAN
“Change is inevitable. Embracing change consciously is a challenging part of the process. It makes you a better person and takes you where you belong.”
The Co-founder and CBO at Unschool, which was one of the top startups in the year 2020. He shared his school, college, and entrepreneurship journey. He introduced us to the doughnut theory and revealed how this theory is connected to his life journey. He gave an encouraging talk on the promising future of entrepreneurship.
5. HASINI LAKSHMINARAYANAN
“For Things to Change, I must change first.”
She raised awareness about how actions matter. She narrated a story of frogs and related it to how we plan to do something every day and fail to implement it. She encouraged everyone to implement things rather than giving up easily. She was living proof of there being no better time than the beautiful now.
6. BALA PRAVEEN KUMAR
“Equanimity stems from experiences of impermanence,”
Former flight lieutenant, Wing Chun instructor and associate director at TIBCO, he spoke about his time in IAF and how he shifted his career to business. He gave useful insights into the IT industry. He mentioned how the various challenges he encountered in life moulded him as an individual.
7. ANMISH VARMA
“Self-motivation is the key.”
The Everester and Martial Arts Champion opened our eyes to the importance of hard work and passion for one’s profession and also how to not give up on one dream no matter what. He gave us an inspiring lecture about the importance of determination.
8. RAVI KRISHNA VISSAPRAGADA
“I’m the fine line between risk and calculated risk.”
The Lyricist and writer narrated the various incidents which inspired his lyrics and changed his life. He gave us a glimpse into the various hardships life has to offer.
9. BAND ELYZIUM
Coining a word meaning “Paradise”, Band Elyzium truly showed paradise to the audience. Their performance energized the crowd stealing the show with their mercurial sound and eclectic taste.
